Hi. So, first I want to thank you for supporting Marisa- she is so wonderful, beautiful, and in need of some love. Next, I'm hoping you have a little advice for someone so overwhelmed she's on the verge of giving up on a lot of things she has worked really hard for. My stress level is through the roof and I feel like I need to be in a million place and doing a million things all at once. Help?

I know exactly what you’re going through. First, I want to say please be safe and take care of yourself. Being stressed out is no funny matter, it can cause you to get panic attacks. Second, you probably like saying “Yes” to everything like I do. But, sometimes you just got to say “No”. I know it’ll be hard to say “No” to people. But, just be honest with them. They’ll understand.

And if all this workload is school-related, you have to manage your time well. Time is your best friend, but can also be your enemy. Don’t procrastinate. Start tasks little by little and check things off when they’re completed. This will motivate you to get things done. And you’ll have that moment, where you’ll say, “Ah. I got this.” In the end, you’ll feel proud of yourself for accomplishing what needed to get done. Yeah, I’m saying this from personal experience. Haha. :)

Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions or need advice. We’re here for you!
